Since 2009, I, Dr. Jill Brickman, have been dedicated to providing evaluations that go beyond the testing room. As my practice has grown into Horizons Assessment and Consultation, the team continues this mission: helping families navigate school services, finding the right specialists for ongoing care, and helping you access essential supports including school services and OPWDD. Every evaluation is closely supervised to ensure the same high level of care, integrity, and warmth that has defined my practice for over 15 years.
